2 2009-2010 Program Goals 1. 70% of the students admitted to the program will progress through to completion without interruption. 2. OTA graduates pass rate on the National Board of Certification Examination will exceed the national average. 3. 80% of graduates will be employed in traditional or non traditional wellness or health care settings post graduation 6 months post graduation. 4. New graduates of the OTA program will rate the program’s effectiveness on an average score of “3” as measured by the OTA Program Survey. 5. 100% of OTA faculty will be rated as “Good” or above by students. 6. Job technical skills will be rated at “3” or above by employers of OTA program graduates. 7. Work place behaviors will be rated at “3” or above by employers of OTA program graduates. 
