What is How to Master? This program uses a prescriptive training approach for all educators and DCPS employees by delivering personalized online training. Teachers receive personalized training lessons based on their individual needs, making it easy to close the gap on specific proficiency skills. New Users must contact Gloria Holloway at 348-7807 for set up in the on-line system in order to log in to the How to Master site.

If it is your first time in How to Master… You are required to complete the Training User Guide and Testing User Guide. To refer back to the guides, click the red question mark at anytime during a course.

Certificate of Completion You will be prompted to complete a skills test at the end of the course. Your credits will be registered in the How to Master program database. For each course, your certificate of completion may be printed out to keep.
