The Spanish Flu Epidemic  Spanish Flu – Influenza contracted in the trenches  Brought the disease home  Disease could kill in a matter of days  Cough, stuffy nose, aches and pains, high fever and fatigue.  Epidemic killed 20 million people – 35000 of which were Canadian  The war may have ended, but the dying continued
