Program Landing Page PROGRAM LANDING PAGE Login using your email address. From the Profile select “Program Information System”. Select “Program Landing Page”. Link to Video Return 10

EDIT THE PROGRAM LISTING Login using your email address Select “Program Information System”. Select “Edit Program Listing”. Enter data or change data in the fields provided. Click the “Preview” button. Click “Check for errors”. Note that errors are color- coded. Correct the errors. Click “Check for errors”. Note that a happy green check appears if there are no errors. Click “Save” Link to video Return 11

Edit the Program Contacts EDIT PROGRAM CONTACTS Login using your email address Select “Program Information System”. Select “Edit Program Contacts”. Grab and move the floating “Program Forms” box. Associate names on the left with roles on the right. Changes to PD or IL roles need STARTALK approval. Add/remove/change roles as needed (PD/IL changes must be approved). Edit Site Visit Schedule EDIT SITE VISIT SCHEDULE Login using the email address Select “Program Information System”. Select “Edit Site Visit Schedule”. Enter specific times for agenda items. Add or remove agenda items. Check for Errors and save information. Link to video Return 14

Edit Site Visit Logistics EDIT SITE VISIT LOGISTICS Login using your email address Select “Program Information System” Select “Edit Site Visit Logistics” Select “Travel and Hotel” Enter information in the spaces available. Note that a primary and secondary hotel is required. Check for errors and save. Link to video-contacts Link to video-logistics Link to video-directions Return 16

Site Visit Summary -1 SUBMIT SITE VISIT REPORT RESPONSE Login using your email address Select “Program Information System” Click on the “Submit Site Visit Report Response”. Click on the “Site Visit Report” link to view the report. Fill in the response area or click the “No response…” check box. Click the “Submit” button. The comment will appear appended to the end of the Site Visit Report. Link to video - response Return 17

Edit Final Reports FINAL REPORT Link from Programs Home Page Answer the questions in each of the 4 tabbed areas. Executive Summary Enrollment & Course Credit Program Outcomes Reflections/Recommendations Check for errors. Save the report Submit the final report Return 19

Supplemental Reports Supplemental reports are only required if there are post- summer follow-on activities. Survey Reports Links to survey reports will be provided on the Programs Home Page when they are compiled. 20

Accessing Curricula Access the curriculum documents by Clicking the “Curriculum Documents” link on the Programs Home page. Return 21
