Complete these simple tasks 1.Confirm the information on your statement: Your personal and beneficiary information Your investments and contribution direction 2.Obtain your Personal Identification Number (PIN) for phone and online access 3.Set your retirement goal online using Manulife’s Steps Retirement Program ® (STEPS)

Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) To activate (or reset) your PIN, please contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-888-727-7766. Representatives are available Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET. Once you have your PIN, use it along with your 9-digit Customer Number to access your account information online or through the Manulife Customer Service Centre.
