(effective 2007 for 3 yrs) Meet the Critical Deadlines !Quality and Quantity Sacrifices, Currently too big > 20 pages per issue Increase Newsletter Editorial Committee. !More help was Provided in 2005 than in previous years Interaction with IEEE Region 10 Community !Serving Members and Volunteers is main purpose IEEE Region 10 Newsletter

Strong Identity of R10 Newsletter amongst IEEE members !Increase issue frequency Strong linkage between WEB page, ad -hoc messages and Newsletter !Excellent and meaningful communication is an implied requirement. !We don’t have an explicit communication strategy. This underpins many of the proposed strategic programs, IEEE Region 10 Newsletter
