3. While creating a meeting in Entourage, have you experienced a problem with viewing your invitees schedule? If so we have a FIX for it!

4. Entourage Meeting Availability Click on Entourage and select “Account Settings”.

5. Entourage Meeting Availability Select your account and click the “Edit” button.

6. Entourage Meeting Availability Once the Edit Account window opens, click on the “Advanced” tab. Within the ‘Public folders server: ‘ area type the following: exchange.ucsf.edu/public in that field. Click the box that says: ‘This DAV service requires a secure connection (SSL)’. Click “OK” when finished.

7. Entourage Meeting Availability As you can see from the above example, you can now see the availability of the people that you’ve invited to your meeting.
