Budweiser  It is a pale lager produced by Anheuser-Bush InBev.  It was introduced in 1876 by Adolphus Bush from St. Louis, MO.  This beer has grown to become one of the highest selling beers in the United States!  It is made with barley malt, rice, water, hops, and yeast. It is lagered with beech wood chips in the ageing vessel which, according to Anheuser- Bush, creates a smoother taste.

Sales  The rapid growth of Budweiser in markets ranged from, Canada and Brazil to Russia and China has tilted Budweiser firmly back into positive territory globally.  Budweiser's U.S. volume sales are down by nearly half in the past decade. The last time Budweiser volume sales rose in the U.S. was 1988.  Even with slumping U.S. sales, Budweiser's global volume rose 3.1% in 2011 to 37.6 million hectoliters, or 993 million gallons, the company said.  Budweiser represents about a tenth of global volume at AB InBev, which boasts more than 200 brands. Other big- selling brands include Leffe, Hoegaarden and Quilmes.
