1-2 Agent Status monitor and Simple report with Built In ACD <ICD Group Call Monitor> The following group’s and member’s status are displayed as real time monitor. 1) Current Waiting Call : Number of calls waiting in the queue 2) Longest Waiting Time : Longest elapsed waiting time of the call queuing 3) Current Member Status : Number of monitored ICD group member with status Up to 4 groups call monitor screen can be displayed simultaneously. Up to 16 supervisors can use this feature. Monitor screen can be switchable from pre-programmed choice of group. Max 600,000 call data can be stored. It is necessary to install “Storage Memory S/M/L”, otherwise max 10,000 calls. Report is generated by manual. Call data can be exported by CSV. 1-3 Data Backup / Restore by NAS NS1000 supports connecting with NAS (Network Attached Storage) which has high capacity. 2-1 One numbered Extension Any combinations of wired phones or combination of wired phone and softphone can be used with same extension number in a pair. Both of paired phones ring simultaneously. One touch transfer between paired phones by feature dial or pressing FF key. Combination of wired phones Combination of wired phone and softphone ITSP/PSTN Internet Cellular NW VPN VPN NS1000 Same number can be sent as caller id when outgoing call from either paired phone. SMDR data is shown as main extension number when either paired phone handles calls. While one of the paired extensions is busy status, the extension for one number cannot be called and the originator has busy tone. And also DSS key for one number shows busy at the time. Message waiting lamp can be controlled to both paired phones. Remote connection will be able to establish by Built In Media Relay GW(MRG). With this feature, Users can notice new message arrivals such as voice mail. 4-1 Built In Router Main purposes of Built in Router are 1. Provide Access router functionality - No need to install extra Router - No complicated setting is needed 2. VPN functionality - Easy configuration for remote worker - Easy SIP Softphone integration with Smartphone environment Note: Maximum 32 sessions of VPN connection can be established at same time. NS1000 (+built in Router) ITSP SIP Trunk Router IPsec VPN VPN VPN VPN Cellular NW Internet H.323 QSIG Router VPN NS1000 (+built in Router) Router SIP Soft phone Integration NS1000 (+built in Router) Main purposes; 1) Access router functionality - Accommodate IP trunks as access router 2) VPN functionality - Provide easy setup to establish VPN tunneling between NS1000’s on their site. - Setup soft phones on Smartphone as extensions in NS1000 by using VPN tunneling. This makes good use for business user, who has lots of going out of office, and tele-worker, who uses Smartphone as remote extension. - Maximum 16 sessions of VPN connection can be established. AK is required to use Built in Router. Also other additional AK is required to VPN connection separately. No additional hardware is required.

To put it concretely, Virtual card for extensions and trunks are set up by imputing information, such as channel number and type and so on, at the wizard, so that the cards setup can be skipped after the wizard. For Easy trouble shooting, SIP and H323 trace will be visible by using Wireshark. New Off-line Web MC will convert IP trace file to pcap file as wireshark file format. Then these information will be readable for everyone.
