7.  Negative Talking or sending text messages on a cell phone while driving is proven to be as dangerous as driving under the influence of alcohol Teenagers are more worried about their cell phones than any thing else.  Positive o Cell phones are a tool of convenience o Having internet access on cell phones allows individuals to check items such as airline schedules, sports scores, weather and traffic conditions o Having a cell phone now makes people reachable in almost any location as long as there is good reception
