Details the sample frequency established for all components Sample Frequency Details all samples due within a given date range Samples Due Details summary of severities over a given time period (up to 12 months), & the details of common issues regarding what caused the abnormal and critical severities Condition Analysis Summarizes sample transit times and lab turnaround times for a given time period (up to 12 months) Sample Turnaround Depending on your role, LOAMS offers management reports shown in the table below: Management Reports Explanation

Details the total number of samples run each month for all units/components over a given time period (up to 12 months) for a given customer or worksite Sample Summary Details the severity of each report run for all units/components up to a 6 month time period Summary of Conditions Details all critical samples over a given time period (up to 12 months) Critical Condition Management Reports Explanation Continued

To access your management reports click on the Reports tab, then select on Management Reports. Next click on the report you’d like to generate Accessing Management Reports

First select the date range by selecting the End Date & No. of Months. Next select the check box next to the worksite(s) or locations you want included. Once your selections are made click Display Report. You can save selections for future use by clicking on the Add Filter button. A new window will open with your management report. Note: If the management report does not appear after clicking Display Report please ensure that your pop-up blocker is set to off. To save your report click Save or select ‘Shift + CTRL + S’ on your keyboard. To print your report click Print or select ‘CTRL + P’ on your keyboard. Saving and Printing Management Reports
