Existing Telephone Access Points - Statewide NameNumberPurpose Florida Directory of Early Childhood Services (“Child-Find”) Operated by Children’s Forum 800-654-4440 http://www.centraldi rectory.org/ Statewide information and referral services for families of children who have disabilities and special health care needs or who are at risk for developmental delays. Maternal & Child Health Line

NameNumberPurpose 2-1-1 Tampa Bay Operated by Crisis Center of Tampa Bay 2-1-1 Free crisis counseling along with useful information and referral 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Also provides disaster information for Hillsborough County and serves as the statewide substance abuse line for Florida. Kid Connection Network Operated by Early Childhood Council (813) 837-7706 Help to alleviate anxiety and provide a “roadmap” for parents of young children who seek answers to questions regarding early child care and education, child welfare, Out-of-School Time activities and resources for children with special needs/disabilities. Also provides crisis intervention and short-term case management for families who find themselves in tough situations. Care Options Operated by Early Childhood Council (813) 837-7903 Inclusion Warm Line is a resource and assistance phone line for child care providers who are serving young children with special needs.
