Step 1 Examine each recipe’s ingredient list for the following: Flour 1 cup Sugar1 Tablespoon (1Tbsp) Baking Powder1 teaspoon (tsp) Baking Soda½ teaspoon (tsp) Salt1/8 teaspoon (tsp) Buttermilk1 cup Milk¼ cup or 2 ounces (oz) or 4 Tablespoons (Tbsp) Egg1 Butter2 Tbsp If any of the ingredients on the recipe don’t match the list above or are missing make note of the error
