There are, alas, many different systems in the world for ‘hybrid’ or ‘integrated’ TV. We can try for some common elements such as synchronisation of content.

9. New ways to help those with disabilities Population is ‘aging’ Over 5% of population has disabilities today, will reach over 10% in coming years. Such people most need TV and radio to be connected to society. Many exciting technical tools to help them. Subtitles, audio descriptions, signing, speech rate control, clean audio. How will such services be funded?

11. The real problem of the future Many new options for the future of both radio and television. How can we predict which will be successful and which will not be successful? We are entering the age when it is more difficult to predict WHICH will be successful than to know how to make them.
