4. TRRA Car Hire – Rule 5 Terminal Switching (Loaded Cars) Cars received by the TRRA destined to an industry on TRRA rails are interchanged to the TRRA (ICHR) with the actual date and time received. Transfer of Liability (TOL) equal to 120 hours (5) days back to inbound road haul carrier. If, a car after being unloaded at an industry is reloaded while on the TRRA and delivered outbound to a road haul carrier, an additional 120 hours TOL (5) days) reclaim is made against the outbound carrier, (ICHD) This 120 hours is calculated back from the actual ICHD.

5. TRRA Car Hire – Rule 5 Terminal Switching (Empty Cars) Cars received by the TRRA destined to an industry on TRRA rails are interchanged (ICHR) to TRRA with the actual date and time received. After subject car is loaded 120 hours TOL (5 days) reclaim is made against the outbound road haul carrier. The 120 hours (5 days) TOL is calculated back from the actual ICHD date and time.

6. TRRA Car Hire – Rule 5 Intermediate Switching (Bridge) Participating carriers Cars received from road haul carriers (Non- Owners) are considered direct interchange to the TRRA with the actual date and time received from the inbound carrier. (ICHR) The TRRA receives 24 hours TOL and is responsible for excess car hire until such time as the car is interchanged/delivered to the outbound carrier. (ICHD)
