Moodle is the Internal Kronos and our Partner Training training portal called OWL. (Online Workforce Learning)
About 70 people in Kronos’s Educational Services.
Generates approx 24 Million from training subscriptions between KnowledgePass and OWL.

11. Internal/Partner Learning at Kronos
Mostly for On-Boarding classes, Terminal Classes, Software Evaluation and new Product training Beta classes are the only classroom training we use.
Classroom went from 8 in 2008 to 2 in 2012
Classroom Training is always scheduled and you need to register for all class or be registered. Reason for registration is only for number of ESX servers needed.

Most popular training modality. All remote training is scheduled and you have to register for the class.
Kronos uses a combination of Adobe Connect, virtual Lab (ESX instance) and the OWL to administer these classes
Best Practice:
Take courses in a place that you cannot be interrupted during the training.
Do not Multi-task during the training.
Have a good network connection and micropho9ne for this training.

This type of course has to be scheduled and usually has a Virtual Lab associated with it.
You will get a link to the course in OWL and have a virtual Lab machine assigned to do your lab work.
You ask questions to an instructor through a class forum.
Tests and labs are evaluated by the instructor for class credit. .

This type training is to learn about product features or products when you need to learn them.
In some classes a Virtual Lab associated with it course can be requested and made for the day you take the training.
