5. Who is Assessed? All students in grades K-5 are assessed. FCAT Levels 1 - 3 are assessed in grades 6 – 10. FCAT Level 1 students who have not met grad requirements in 11/12 th grades. All schools with capacity are encouraged to assess FCAT level 3 students as well. Some Differentiated Accountability high schools have opted to assess all students. 5Polk County Public Schools 2014
