DATES & TRAVEL ITINERARY  FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 20- SATURDAY NOVEMBER 28  DEPART DFW FRIDAY, 11/20  ARRIVE IN VIZAG ON SUNDAY, 11/22 (DAY LOST ON THE WAY THERE)  DEPART VIZAG TO DFW ON FRIDAY, 11/27, ARRIVE AT DFW SATURDAY, 11/28 (GAIN A DAY ON THE WAY BACK)  USUAL STOPOVER: DUBAI FOR A FEW HOURS LAYOVER  TOTAL 6 DAYS IN COUNTRY; 3 DAYS TOTAL TRAVEL TIME

4. COST  usually $3000 total per person  Flight round trip-$1800 or less (Luis’ estimate: $1200)  Visa- $185 for 5-yr visa  On-ground expense: $800  Immunizations: $200

7. PASSPORTS  Cost: $135  Need birth certificate and I.D.  4-6 weeks processing time  Apply by end of April; will get back by mid-May  Will need it to apply for visas in May

8. VISA  Apply by end of May

9. IMMUNIZATIONS  Routine vaccines: measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine, diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis vaccine, varicella (chickenpox) vaccine, polio vaccine, and your yearly flu shot.  Recommended: Hepatitis A & B and Typhoid  Malaria medication  Contact your doctor or Travel Health Services of Tarrant County
