As an example, Malaysia recognized as independent nation in 1957, faced problems like conflicts with Indonesia and separation of Singapore in 1965 at early stages of independence. Lately, Malaysia experienced tremendous economic growth shifting from agriculture based economy to manufacturing based economy under the leadership of Mahatir-bin-Mohamad. In his regime he introduced major changes in organizational structure of the country's constitution, industry, education system and foreign relations. Pakistan gained independence 10 years before the Malaysia facing problems with India resulting in three wars, and loosing half of our country. Comparing with the economic development of Malaysia we are left far behind. In last 61 years, the only well established organization in Pakistan is our defense, which has raised us to the status of first Muslim nuclear power. We can see ourselves as a developed nation in the world by introducing organization structure in every field of life. We as a community can make a difference by introducing structure and find leadership among ourselves.
