WI QTR Fund Requests  Yesterday our business manager transferred funds to the organizations that have EIN #’s registered  The following organizations don’t have EIN numbers registered and have checks coming:  AAEE, ASEE, BMES, Theta Tau  Please see Joe Kontak after the meeting about getting your EIN number registered

4. What’s your opinion?  What did you think of Engineers’ Council this year?  Please write your comments, concerns, complaints, and compliments.  We will go over the results and attempt to integrate changes that can be made for next year’s EC experience.

5. Officer Election  President  Daisy Gill, Joe Kontak  Vice President  Tiffinity Trykowski – Congrats!  Treasurer  Mei He, Evan Albers  Secretary  Rodgers – Congrats!

6. Engineering Expo 2012  Date: September 19 th 2012  Next year’s officers will be responsible for maintaining correspondence with the Expo Coordinators  The coordinators have chosen their subcommittee chairs and are deliberating their volunteer requirements  We will be announcing volunteer opportunities for the Expo soon

7. Email Server Transition  Ohio State is transitioning our listserv to a new server  Everyone will have to add to the new server when it goes active  The old server will be deactivated  More info to come

8. MacQuigg Award Results  MacQuigg voting is closed. The results are as follows:  227 voters  The three winners are:  Prasad Shrikant Mokashi  Richard Jeffrey Freuler  Philip Smith Thanks for all your votes and comments!! When the awards are presented, some of your comments will be summarized to honor the winners.

9. Spring Quarter  Meeting schedule is posted on the Google calendar. Meetings are at 6 pm.
