12. Subregional Seminars Presentation of best practices and key issues affecting each subregion. Exchange of experiences and transfer of regional knowledge. Best practices competition for participants and/or university researchers. The competition awards committee will comprise the DPS, AMERIPOL, and the participating universities. Documentation and publication of the winning best practices. Replication of best practices in other countries of the region, and possible institutionalization.
