2. MY CHARACTER “HAZE”

3. OVERVIEW OF CHARACTER AND STORYLINE -influenced by cybernetics and robots as in today’s modern society we see a huge increase in technology. Therefore they are the future -Haze’s Story : The year is 2050, everyone has machines as “guardians”. Original name was B.L.93, He’s at home with his family, father of robotics, wife and 13 year old daughter, the 16 year old son is out celebrating his results. -People break in, kill wife and daughter, leaving father and robot in damaged health, son comes home finds them. -No justice was done, no killer was found -B.L.93 was rebuilt to disobey the laws of robotics and in relation to the brief, thus he becomes “Haze” he wakes up confused in a new world where the law doesn’t do its job therefore it is up to him to change the system for the right of good and get justice for the family. -Weapons – no fire arms as that it what killed the family, he uses samurai swords

CHANGES Default version B.L.93 Everyone has this Version 2 of Haze: justice -Colour scheme, wanted less colour to show that Haze is hidden from society -Made Haze more sleek in terms of body and shape to make him more aesthetic -Less detail will add to the effectiveness of the product as is makes it simple -Inspiration: -Ezio, colour scheme is simple and makes him blend in after a attack is taken out. -Dark, you can’t see nothing in the dark

5. RESEARCH INTO ARTWORK Sumi e Ink wash paintings, ordinated in East Asian. Style of brush painting. Reason for choice – It defines the character, in relation to my character, he a samurai type machine Photoshop, to define the poses. The red neon line helps bring focus on the main image

11. HOW DOES THE CHARACTER RELATE TO ME? The character’s personality is that: -He’s mainly alone -Thinks a lot about life and interprets his own view of the world -Sometimes challenges his own perspective of what he has learnt -The reason why I called my character “Haze” is because it relates to his memory -He does good without anyone knowing about it. -He doesn’t like to be thanked for his good deeds as he believes the positive criticism can make his big headed therefore changing him for the worst
