What is a program? A set of instructions that tell the robot what to do. In this class we will use the Lego WeDo program and Scratch to make our programs.

Programs We will use the WeDo program language to program our robots. Here is an example of a program. What does this program tell the robot to do?

Open the WeDo Program START PROGRAMS

Go to the Activities in WeDo Click on the at the top of the page to see the menu. Click on the symbol at the top of the page. Look for the word Activities Select the Dancing Birds. Follow the instructions to build and program the Dancing Birds.

Activities See how changing the pulleys and band affects the motion of the birds. Fill out the table in your folder. Create your own dance with different motion, sound effects and backgrounds.

To exit Click on at the top right. Click on to exit the program.
