Operations Current Position What is your current operational capabilities? How are your current business operations, such as where do you operate/ size of operation/ etc? Growth Strategy How will you expand (ie geographically, segment of the population, # of stores, etc)

Risk and Response Be honest and realistic Who are your competitors? Is there someone out there already doing what you are doing? Do they do it better? Are there new technologies emerging? Address these concerns and state how you will combat these potential issues.

Financials Calculate your total startup costs and operating costs for 2 years Do a financial projection chart for 5 years, including worst case, best case, and realistic case scenarios Use the data you identified in section 2 about how many potential customers and your level of market penetration and adjust the percentage accordingly for best/ worst/ average case scenarios.

Executive Summary Do this last Should be a brief (1 page or so) introduction to your concept. Key components outlined in next slides
