7 PERSONALITY TYPES. Human beings regardless of culture, age, background, etc. seem to have four basic personality types or temperaments. As far back as 400 BC Hippocrates observed and tries to classify these four personality types. He used body fluids to describe four personality types. Sages & Scribes Consultants.

12 PERSONALITY CHARACTERISTICS THE ‘D’ TYPE.
The ‘D’ type personality is motivated by challenges. They have a strong need to be in charge. They also have a high need to be in control of the situation wherever they find themselves. Sages & Scribes Consultants.

13 POSITIVE CHARACTER TENDENCIES. THE ‘D’ TYPE.
They are usually dominant and have a strong personality. Their focus is often to get things done hence, they are often practical. They are problem solvers and decision makers. They love challenges and are pragmatic and persistent to see a task completed. Sages & Scribes Consultants.

They can be very dogmatic and deficient. They can be very demanding and insensitive to the needs of others. They can be persistent, inflexible, and impatient. Sages & Scribes Consultants.

While the ‘I’ type personality is influential, they can also be easily influenced. This can lead to inconsistency in character. They can be impulsive and lack follow through. They are generally self-disciplined, orderly, thorough and very analytical. They are competent individuals who are cautious, calculating and precise. The ‘C’ personality type tends to be too cautious and rigid. Their attention to details could mean they lose sight of the big picture. They can be moody, pessimistic or even critical. Would benefit from pausing and focusing on results. Should cultivate self-discipline, focus more on details, facts and be more realistic. Learn to control their emotions and rely less on their charisma to influence others. Be careful not to manipulative others with their superior verbal and persuasive skills.
