2. Main Menu Each of these buttons takes you to another sheet within the spreadsheet. To navigate to the sheet which you require, simply click on the desired name and you will be directed automatically.

5. These buttons all navigate to pivot tables which analyse different aspects of the motor leasers spreadsheet, e.g. cars sold per month

6. Analysis of Revenue by Manufacturer Click the button to show the graph for the pivot table above

7. Analysis of Revenue by Month Navigate between pivot table and pivot chart with these buttons – this is the same for most of the analysis sheets

8. Analysis of Gross Profit by Month Use these to navigate across the pivot table to view all data Click this arrow to change the data according to manufacturer. This can be used to display any number of manufacturers simultaneously. This will also affect the pivot chart which is based upon this.

9. This is the button to guide you to the sheet where the variables that are considered in cost and revenue.

10. Variable Factors Use these spinners to change the value of each respective cell. The spreadsheet’s formulae are based upon these values and so will update accordingly.

11. Use these buttons to navigate between the main menu and the raw data menu. Use these buttons to navigate to each of the raw data sheets.

12. This is the exit button, which will prompt you to save if changes have been made since the spreadsheet was opened. If changes have not been made, the spreadsheet closes.
