Think: what words would we use to describe this place?
Slum: These are usually illegal settlements built on the outskirts of cities or in areas that would normally not be built on (e.g. river banks, steep slopes, near rubbish dumps). The homes are made from collected materials and rubbish and put together by the people who live in them.
