2. Namaz(prayer)
Namaz(prayer) is the second pillar of Islam. In Arabic it is called Swalat which means to pray, asking forgiveness, blessing and “Darood”
It means to approach Allah and pray to Him.

3. KINDS OF PRAYER We offer five time prayers in a day.
Fajr ( morning prayer)
Zohar (afternoon prayer)
Asar (evening prayer)
Maghrib (late evening prayer)
Isha (night prayer)

4. IMPORTANCE OF PRAYER
It has been mentioned 700 times in Quran about offering prayer.
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said that:
Prayer is a recommendation to the angel of death.
Allah says: The Muslims who offer their prayers with full concentration, will undoubtedly get better place.
In short offering prayer is like getting great wealth while leaving it is destruction and bad luck.

5. ADVANTAGES OF PRAYER There are three kinds of advantages of prayer.
Moral advantages
Physical advantages
Social advantages

6. MORAL, SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL ADVANTAGES
Prevention of vulgarity and negativity. It saves human from these two faults.
If Muslims go to Mosque regularly for offering prayer so in this way they can share their happiness and sorrows.
prayer has good effect on our health prayer in it self is an exercise.
