Day 1 Verbs Review Verbs- A Verb is a word that tells what someone or something does or did. A Verb can show something that happens now, in the past or in the future. Cont.

Verbs- is, am, are, was This week’s verbs do not show action. They show what someone or something is or was. The verbs am, is, and are tell about now. Examples: I am an inventor. Jen is an inventor. Des and Ali are inventors. Cont.

Day 5 Review The verbs- am, is, are, was, and were show what someone or something is or was. Am, is, and are tell about now. Was and were tell about the past. Use am, is, and was to tell about one person, place or thing. Use are and were to tell about more than one.
