19. Safety At EF, safety is our top priority. Our global network of offices and 24-hour emergency support allow us to respond quickly, appropriately and in person whenever situations arise that affect our travelers. Your tour director is also available to respond to any unforeseen circumstances. We strongly encourage parents to speak to their children prior to the tour about good decision making and personal responsibility while on tour. The group leader you have chosen is responsible for supervision of the group, but everyone’s cooperation and good common sense are needed to help ensure that students have an enjoyable and safe tour experience.
