7. 7 Labelling of Juice Products - Juice Products in consumer package should comply with the requirements established in Article 10 of the Federal Law of Russian Federation of 7 February 1992 №2300-1 “On protection of consumers” and Article 11 of the Federal Law of 27 October 2009 №178-FL which determines special claims for consumer package labelling - Labelling of additional information about the product – certain indications of juice products for children or fortified products, etc.

8. 8 Ways of Conformance Evaluation Procedure of Juice Products 1) Confirmation of Products’ compliance to the requirements established by the given Technical Regulation; 2) State Registration of individual kinds of juice products; 3) State Control (Supervision) over maintenance of requirements for juice products established by the Technical Regulation and connected with them processes of production, storage, transportation and selling.

9. 9 Recommendations on forming of information for consumers about fruit and/or vegetable juice products Were worked out by Russian Union of Juice Producers together with Federal Service on Supervision in the Sphere of Consumers Rights Defense and Human Well-Being

10. 10 In pursuance of the Federal Law of 27 October 2009 №178-FL were adopted following Regulations of Government of Russian Federation: - №369 of 29/04/2009 “On approval of the list of juice products to be a subject to compulsory compliance confirmation being placed to customs” - №370 of 29/04/2009 “ On amendments into Governmental Regulation № 1013 of 13.08.1997”
