For these reasons, Mass General provides employees with access to the Worldcue ® TRAVELER service, providing emailed alerts and online access to: Destination intelligence Travel information Travel tools This presentation provides an introduction to the WorldcueTRAVELER service.

You will automatically receive: 1.A Welcome Email with a link to a Trip Brief of useful information about your destination(s) 2.E-mailed Threat Alerts sent to you before and during your trip – as well as Health Alerts through 30 days after your return 3.Access to a personalized Website via a link in your Welcome Email, including: – Your Profile information – A Trips summary page – Location Intelligence related to your destination – Global Travel Tips to keep you safe and productive – Other online Tools commonly used by travelers

Health Alerts are sent up to 30 days after your return. iJET will automatically email you Threat Alerts, 24x7, whenever there are events that may impact your business travel.

On the “Profile” tab, click the green “Edit” button to make additions or edits. Follow the text prompts to fill out your Employee Profile and Contact Information completely. NOTE: If you want to receive alerts via SMS, add your SMS address as the secondary or tertiary address.
