Use the size that is intended for your body size When seated on the ball, your knees should be at 90 degree angles to the floor Make sure the ball is well inflated, this will challenge and engage the muscles better

Used for: Strengthening muscles Body conditioning Improving balance Increasing intensity of stretches Available in a variety of resistances

Make sure the bands are secured properly You can create handles for increased grip Always check bands for rips or tears Perform exercises with slow controlled movements
