4 1. The customer signs the "no credit required agreement " for the requested products or services. 2. The customer presents the check payable to the merchant for the products or services. 3. Merchant gets customer approval for the transaction. 4. The customer’s account will be debited for the transaction on specified dates.

11 Platinum Plan:  For merchants who need all their money to complete customer’s invoice.  Merchants who have high material costs or poor cash flow.

12 Platinum Plan:  Customer presents a check for the down payment; 25% minimum is due same day, balance is spread out over 3, 6, or 12 months  Merchant receives an approval for the transaction  Customer determines the duration of the loan  Merchant receives full amount within 72 hours  Two-, three- and four-year leases available  Full 4-year warranty included  $5.00 statement fee  Platinum Plan: buyout $3,750.00  Merchant has the option to transfer lease after 8 months  Single check conversion up to $36,000.00

14 Platinum Plan:  For merchants who don’t want or don’t qualify for a lease, there are several options:  Borrow against their credit card processing, or  Rent-to-own (no contract, month to month)  Credit Card Processing is available for additional commission but not required.  All funds are guaranteed (no more bounced checks!).

17 Silver Plan:  Merchants will receive money in 24 - 72 hours after initial pull from their customer’s checking account  Maximum of $1,500.00 total, 45-day duration  All funds are guaranteed (no bounced checks)  Includes single check conversion up to $36,000.00

18 Silver Plan:  EZ Payment Program over the phone  Merchant receives toll-free number access  Can be used at multiple locations. Silver Plan: Credit Card Processing is available for additional commission but not required.

23  Adding Merchant Services can save clients more than their Platinum lease payments  If Platinum One LLC can’t beat the client’s current processing costs we’ll pay them $250.00  Bundling can save time and money
