Neither WARD or ATII can exist without both companies being conjoined together. Automotive Technology Internship Institute will not be capable of funding itself through just tuition paid by students, ATII’s survival depends on revenue coming from Web Auto Repair Database’s customer fee usage based information database Web Auto Repair Database cannot survive without ATII being conjoined with WARD, again WARD survive depends on ATII internship based students working on car recruited by WARD to build the information database raising revenue to fund ATII.

There are several educational pay for monthly or yearly concepts WARD will design for worldwide business or home usage Develop a worldwide auto technician information gathering database Create videos with audio, live with auto technicians preforming auto repair, engine rebuilds, engine remanufacturing, etc. ATII will be an approved by the State of Missouri to establish a school, and/or a college in Missouri and use WARD’s educational programs. Design a GED courses designed to be used in schools or home, students can study online with audio. Each course will have an instructor show each step, those WARD online courses students can learn from at home on their computers, if no home computer then use at a library Design algebra to fit the persons career choice, such as in auto technician classes the X will represent mechanical situations like cylinder circumference, piston size needed in replacement in a bored and honed cylinders Designed for construction algebra, X will represent things such as how much gravel is needed to be added to concrete to build a patio Designed for nursing, X will represent how much medication a persons should be given according to body weight Those are just some examples, these will be on WARD’s pay website, schools, community colleges, universities can subscribe to so their students can study at school or at home, just sign into their school account. All concepts will show illustrations in 3D for better understanding.

The following slides will shows why: Web Auto Repair Database And Automotive Technology Internship Institute Are Inseparable and must work together in order to keep original and desired concept intact and make the concept workable. WARD with ATII’s involvements is capable of bringing in over 200 + cars a year which could double with increase of additional new day and night classes. The auto information database will be a large worldwide used database, a enormous source of income designed to support ATII. No car could be added or included into the Web Auto Repair Database without ATII’s involvement.

The creator’s involvement as a student in an auto repair school, realized, any mechanic repairing a car or truck needs to look up manufacturer’s specification on any repairs or current, information on the manufacturer’s bulletins or factory recalls. At dealerships or private auto repair garages, when a car owner brings their cars or trucks in for repairs, the owner explains why they brought the car in, what was the car doing that made the car owner uncomfortable? Any auto mechanic or technician private auto repair garages or dealerships, the mechanic drives the owners car with the owner to analyzes and discuss the car owners concerns, when the mechanic identifies problems, the work begins, the first task the mechanic does is going to the computer and researching the manufacturers information of possible causes on his companies subscribed pay website. The system the mechanic is using is an auto information gathering database. The dealership auto technician uses his subscribed database of his manufacturer’s website, the same thing any technician or mechanic does, searches for information they need to make auto repairs.
6
Worldwide auto repair garage subscribe with several different monthly or yearly pay website providers. Mechanic uses their company’s pay subscribed auto information gathering database’s website to looking up the year, make and model of car they are working on. Using the database the mechanics looks up the possible cause explanation by the auto manufacturers. When repairs began, the mechanic looks up all types of information, how to disassemble areas of the engine and replace what’s damaged, the specification on reassemble and torque specification, (how tight to tighten bolts or nuts) and fasteners what can be reused and what cannot.
7
There are several different information databases, the problem, too many discrepancies not matching up with the manufacturer’s service shop manuals. There just too many auto service shop manuals to keep in any garage and too costly to purchase so many manuals. Too many companies selling their own versions of auto repair manuals on different year, makes, and model cars, all lack enough information to make repairs, and those purchased manuals do not go into enough details, lacking images of the components being worked on.
8
Dealerships service managers and technicians work on their specific manufacturers make and model cars or trucks. Most long time employees know those cars or trucks like the back of their hands, but they too must use their own manufacturer’s auto information gathering database, they too have trouble and to much time looking up information. The creator of WARD and ATII knows, while being an auto repair student, which also has long years with an auto repair background. While working with the schools master mechanics, the professionals took long amounts of time researching on the schools pay website auto information database, ended up with limited amount of usable information. After having many of discussions with several manufacturer dealerships, using their own manufacturers database, the service managers would say the same thing, needs to have something easier to use.
9
The following will explain how WARD can work with auto manufacturers to better serve the auto repair industry, such as, auto manufacturer dealerships and private auto repair garages, and a big asset to the customers. WARD will recruit partners such as used car lots, salvage yards, private car or truck owners, and auto manufacturers to furnish WARD with different year, make, and model, vehicles to help build this revelatory new auto repair information gathering database. WARD will build each vehicle’s, year, make, model, which includes both engine and transmission components in the database, with in depth detail with each component in 3D images. Included in the paid subscribed information gathering database will be instructional talking videos showing engine and transmission repairs. Paid subscribers are having difficulties they can look up their year, make, and model car and watch step-by- step views of mechanics making the same repairs they are trying to do.
10
WARD will asked auto manufacturer's to loan us each of their new engines and transmissions to disassemble. WARD will work with a Ford appointed technician to oversee the disassembly and reassembly. Each manufacturer’s loaned engine and transmission to WARD, as each disassembled components is removed each will be documented, 3D images made of each component and added into WARD’s information database. Win-win to each auto manufacturer, as WARD adds those new engines and transmission to the database, Ford Dealership auto technicians would be allowed to sign to WARD’s pay website and use WARD’s information database at no cost. If allowed to include each manufacturers’ service shop manual to WARD’s database, then when a paying customer clicks on any of those year, make, and model car, the manufacturers’ would receive a percentage of the profit on each click on those researched cars.
11
Conjoined Companies this concept cannot happen. With out WARD and ATII working as Conjoined Companies this concept cannot happen. WARD needs ATII and her students to disassemble and reassemble the large amounts of cars needed to be added to WARD’s information gathering database. WARD would capable and could not afford to locate and disassemble the amount of cars needed to be a viable database.

WARD start-ups will choose not to set up an official board of directors until after WARD starts growing quickly or get some outside investment. WARD opt for a less formal advisory board, not have an official role overseeing finances or making business decisions, but can still help guide the company. Those individuals will provide some great advice to the CEO and founder, individuals to help improve WARD workplace environments. Director of WARD will carry out the Non-Official Board of Directors decisions and advise the Board. The chancellor will make the big decisions not having to be made by the Board of Directors.

Assembly Plants or Auto Manufacturers Endorsements Could Help WARD and ATII WARD nor ATII is NOT seeking MONEY, GRANTS, or FUNDING from Assembly Plant or auto manufacturers.
15
By endorsing WARD and ATII, auto manufacturers and local assembly plants can help the entire auto repair industry worldwide. At this time potential funders would like WARD and ATII to gather endorsements from local assembly plants and auto manufactures and others. Those endorsements could help locate funding for WARD and ATII’s Conjoined programs.
