Goals and Strategies The mission of Amazon is “to be Earth’s most customer-centric company, where customers can find and discover anything they might want to buy online, and endeavors to offer its customers the lowest possible prices,” The mission of Ally Bank is to be a better kind of Bank. Ally Bank’s goals are to have the best rates and saving in Banking. Amazon’s goals are to give you the best price on products, and to get your product fast to you.

Goals and Strategies con. Ally Back’s audience is people that can start banking. So about 16 and older. Amazon’s audience is people that want to buy products cheap. You have to be 13 or older to buy on Amazon. The strategies I would have to do to achieve the goals of Ally bank and Amazon is to be able use there site and see if I can achieve there goals.

Amazon’s special technical or functional requirements are that you have to be at least 13, have an email, and have a credit card.

Design Principles (Visual Clutter) I do not believe that there is any visual clutter in the Ally bank page. But for the Amazon website page there is.

Specific Considerations in Web Design Challenges: For both of the sites I did not have any challenges at all. Links: I think that the Ally Bank website has a good number of links, but Amazon might have way to many. Building for the real users: For both of the sites you need to know how what you are looking for first before getting on the site or you might not be able to find what you want. The Accessibility is great but I would make sure you have great internet speed.

Suggestions on how to improve their websites For Ally Bank there isn’t anything that I would improve in there website. For Amazon I would try to have less links on there websites, and when you get to amazon’s website get rid of “What other customers are looking at right now”.
