4 Address Country Needs for Support  Further promote the ICF approach among all stakeholders  Promote data collection through 2010 Round of Censuses  Need to develop standards for survey-based data collection  Targeted training, technical assistance and advisory services  Knowledge-sharing; regional network of experts 4
