2. Logging In Students should login using their teacher’s name as the username and password. EXAMPLE: Username: golden Password: golden NEVER have students login using your personal username (Ex: dgolden) and password as they can get into your email and other things we do not want them to have access to.

3. Printing Please make sure that your students DEFAULT PRINTER is the DELL laser printer. Here is how to change the default printer: START  Printers  Right click on DELL and select SET AS DEFAULT PRINTER. The black checkmark should now be above the DELL printer

4. Printing in Color The color printer is for FINAL DRAFTS ONLY. The cost of ink on the HP Color printer is much higher than the DELL laser so please use the color printer for final drafts that NEED to be in color. Good examples for projects to print in color: graphs, brochures, pictures for a reports, items for class books.

5. Desktop / Favorites Each teacher has their own desktop and favorites folder. If there is a website that you want to bookmark, send me the link and I will add it to your favorites folder and then students will not have to type in the URL. EXAMPLE – Third grade
