The application icons that are running will appear at the bottom of the screen, touch and hold the Safari icon until it begins to “wiggle”. Notice in the upper left hand corner a red dash appears. Click the “Red Dash” at the upper left-hand corner on each icon to turn off the running application for both the Citrix Receiver and Safari. The icons will close. When you print, you will see the Citrix Universal Printer object as a printing option. This printer is automatically mapped in all hCare Access sessions. The Citrix Universal Printer prints to your default printer. If the default printer is already mapped and you would like to print to a different printer, you should change your default printer on your local desktop to the desired printer and print from the Citrix Universal Printer. This will allow you to change the printer without having to re-launch a session to map to a new default printer. The screen shot (red box) shows the Citrix Universal Printer highlighted in the hCare Access Print dialog box.
