Measurable: Are you able to assess your progress? Attainable: Is your goal within reach given your current situation? Relevant: Is your goal relevant towards your job and role? Time- Bound: What is the deadline for completing the goal?

SPECIFIC…... “In order to improve my time management skills, I am going to write a book on it that is at least 200 pages in length and have it done by December 16 th.
