2 What are Employers now a days, really looking for?

3 Objectives : To know about various skills, the employers look for in their prospective employees in age of Globalization. To learn the ways of or strategies for the acquisition of employment skills.

5 Hard Skills & Soft Skills
The core technical competence of an individual is called Hard Skills. Skills specific to an industry or discipline e.g. accounting, law, civil engineering

6 Soft Skills : The skills that help an individual improve his performance and success rate and the range of his contribution at the work place are generally known or popularly called Soft Skills / Transferable Skills / Employability Skills.
