Biography Rosemarie M. Rowley established the consulting firm of Ambassador, Inc. in 1992, and draws on more than twenty five years of human resource consulting experience. Prior to establishing Ambassador, Inc., Ms. Rowley was an officer at Mercer Human Resource Consulting and spent over nine years with the accounting firm of Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager in their Management Consulting Group. Ms. Rowley's Talent Management Consulting Services assist clients in enhancing or establishing talent acquisition and retention programs. Ambassador's major clients have included companies in financial services, consulting, manufacturing, government, and not-for-profit. Ms. Rowley has published articles in the Wall Street Journal’s National Business Weekly and has been quoted in the Chicago Tribune and Heart and Soul Magazine. She has been a guest speaker at various organizations including NYU’s Stern School of Business, the National Convention of Broadcast Financial Executives, American Association of University Women, Long Island Women's Agenda, and Women Economic Developers of Long Island. She is a past member of the Project Committee of Where are the Women, promoting women on corporate boards. She was a member of the Board of Directors of the Stein Center in New York City for seven years. Ms. Rowley is a licensed Facilitator for The Path, Creating a Mission Statement for Work and Life.
