TRAVELING THROUGH PANAMA The tourism industry has become one of the most important in the national economy, for its significant contribution to the entry of currency, increase of employment and new national and foreign investment The State recognizes tourism as a means to diversify the bases of the economic growth and development of the country. Tourism is also a tool to improve the quality of life of the Panamanian population.

NEW AND ATTRACTIVE TOURISM PRODUCTS One of the strategies to strengthen tourism, passes through the creation of new tourism products such as the Museum of biodiversity, the new Convention Center in Amador, who is in construction and new international airports. Also the inter-oceanic, airports and tourist areas of the interior of the country are magnified as existing attractions.

BEAUTIFUL NATURE. More than 35% of the territory of Panama is protected, because it is considered a nature reserve. Panama has numerous natural parks as well as more than 800 Islands in the Caribbean and Pacific coasts that is firm and sustained commitment of the ATP by the tourism.

Panama has a wide variety of flora and fauna such as Boca del Toro, Boquete and hydrographic of the Panama Canal basin that represents a great potential to be known abroad.

Community tourism in Panama project is already underway and will depend on each one of the communities who wish to incorporate it, trained to provide a good quality service and so the visitor is fence satisfied and can recommend others to visit it

I personally think that it is worthwhile to do community-based tourism in Panama, it is a different feeling full of new experiences, emotions and and the contact with people who are very hospitable leave you with pleasant memories and why not, with the desire to return

FINALLY, IF WE THINK OF OUR FOLLOWING VACATION TRAVEL TO PANAMA AND WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO MAKE TOURISM IN YOU OWN COMMUNITY, WE KNOW AND ABOVE ALL UNDERSTAND THAT AT PRESENT THERE ARE STILL THINGS TO IMPROVE AND DEVELOP FOR THAT REASON DEPENDS ON OUR UNDERSTANDING AND TOLERANCE ASSIMILATE SOME SHORTCOMINGS THAT WE CAN STILL FIND BUT ALL THIS WORTH IT IF WE THINK OF EVERYTHING YOU KNOW AND THAT NO COMMON TRAVEL PACK CAN GIVE US.
