4 STEPS 1.Prospect into 10 Day Program at an NC (If they are an important person sign them on HMP first.. If anyone asked say your ‘foreign sponsor’ told you to do that). You will need to advise the NC operator of each person you send to the NC that they are yours. Sir Williams Strategy - Philippines

5 STEPS 2. Upgrade Prospect with HMP (Herbalife Member Pack). 3. Promote Marketing Plan as per Stair Step 4. Do Wellness Evaluations as much as possible for prospects people 5. Their people into 10 day program.. Etc 6. As many people as possible as fast as possible into NCIP Training 7. Open Home Club (yourself or your member that has attended NCIP training) Sir Williams Strategy - Philippines

6 STEPS 8. Put prospects into Home Club instead of Plug In Club 9. Focus on getting as many Home Clubs to Big Home Club size or Commercial Club 10. Duplicate 1 to 9. 11. Use whole system including HOM’s (Herbalife Opportunity Meetings) 12. 7 NOTE: Do NOT try and build alone, use the system to do it for you. Sometimes you will not be able to get your prospect into a 10 day program, it may not be appropriate, just get them on products and a HMP. Sir Williams Strategy - Philippines
