2. To me, this quote means a lot. There are many famous people who changed our world for the better; they were leaders in their own ways. True leaders try, and try again until they can make a difference and they succeed through others eyes.

3. This quote by McAlindon means if something doesn’t go right, chose another path, or do something else. Show others there are different ways to solve a problem and succeed in life. A true leader has the ability to show others new ideas and ways to change.

4. A leader always has a goal in mind. As a young child, one has dreams and set goals that they chose to pursue. Leaders always look for the greater in everything and look for what can make a difference.

5. Gandhi was a man of few words. Leaders want to make a difference and inspire others.

6. We learn through other people’s experiences, or experiences of our own. Leaders do not have to be a boss, they are people who teach others and guide them in the right direction: as in our elders.
