Holding one plate in each hand, walk to 1 st position at table Wait for Head Server’s queue before placing 1 st plate using left hand Take one step to the left to get to 2 nd position Wait for Head Server’s queue and serve 2 nd plate using left hand again

LOWER LEFT, REMOVE RIGHT: When serving plates, lower on the left side of guests and clear from their right Always stay in order When exiting the dining room, do NOT exit through satellite kitchen Use the side doors
