Usually tables are located in a Dining Room or the Kitchen. These areas usually don’t have a television. Televisions are a distraction to your presentation.

It is a sign of cooperation if the prospect provides a table upon your request. It shows that the prospect is willing to listen.

In most cases when a prospect will not provide a table, it is due to lack of cooperation or interest.

Even though some sales are made on porches and living room couches, the majority are made at the kitchen table.

Getting to the table is the second step in becoming a successful agent.
