3. Total Budget I have $5,000 to plan my dream vacation to any place in America. I chose Savannah, Georgia because I have heard great things about it. Savannah is known for its rich history and beauty. I also know that it is on water and has islands off of it’s coast that I would like to visit. Of the $5,000 budget I was given, I planned a 4 night, 5 day trip for $4,704.

5. Flight I am flying on Jet Blue, leaving from John F. Kennedy Airport and arriving at Savannah/Hilton Head Airport. My flight leaves at 3:35 pm and arrives in Savannah at 6:20pm. My return flight leaves Savannah at 7:11 pm and lands in John F. Kennedy Airport at 9:31 pm. I will be travelling 718 miles by plane.

7. Hotel I will be staying at the Hyatt Regency on Bay Street in the Historic District of Savannah. The reasons I chose this hotel was because of its location along the Savannah River, its proximity to very popular landmarks and restaurants, and because it has a fitness center. Activities Day 1 My flight arrives in Savannah at 6:20 pm so by the time I get to the hotel check in and get settled, I will only have enough time in the day to do one activity Activity of the day – Hearse Ghost Tours – The Beyond Good an Evil Tour Tour leaves at 10pm and lasts 90 minutes. The tour cost $17.00 per person and $51.00 for my group.

12. Activities Day 2 I will be spending my second day in Savannah at a beach called Tybee Island located about 20 minutes from Downtown Savannah. While I’m on Tybee Island, I plan on doing three activities: Beach Bike Riding $10pp per day Total - $30 Jet Skis - $278 Dolphin Tour - $18 pp Total - $54 In the morning I will be renting a bike and riding it along the beach. After lunch, I will going on a Jet Ski tour. After dinner, we will be going on a sunset dolphin tour.
