4 Simple Search Option: Type your book title, subject, year of publication or any keywords in the search Box and press SEARCH

7 Enter your search terms according to the field selected Click the arrow and select your desired field to be searched Select the format as Book, and select any other options to narrow the results like Books available In Print Select the status as In Print You can narrow down your search results by giving a Publication Range Select the language from the drop down menu and press Add. Do it repeatedly to select multiple languages

10 ISBN Quick Search Using Advance Search you can utilize ISBN Quick Search function using any of these two ways – Uploading a CSV file – Copy Paste or Type ISBNs Remember: Maximum of 85 ISBNs can be uploaded or pasted/entered at a time

12 How to Create a CSV file? 1: Open MS Excel 2: Type or paste your ISBNs in one Column as shown (max 85 ISBNs). 3: Remove additional Sheets like sheet2 and Sheet3 from the workbook. 4: Save your document selecting CSV file format as shown from the Save As Type menu. Give your file some name and press OK.

47 Sending the List(s) to the Deanship of Library Affairs The lists will only be sent to the Deanship of Library Affairs at library@ud.edu.salibrary@ud.edu.sa The lists prepared by the prescribed procedure will be considered for purchase. Lists sent to any other e-mail or through any other post in any other format will not be entertained. The book purchase requests will be sent as attachment to the e-mail cited above.
