Temporary Certificate O Valid for three/four school years O Nonrenewable O Provides time to complete all requirements for a Professional Certificate while teaching full-time O No inservice points accrue except bankable points: O ESOL O Reading Endorsement O CAR-PD/ NG CAR-PD O ESE SB1108 O (Valid only first recertification time- 5 years)

7. Bankable Points O Teachers with temporary certificates can only carry points forward into their first certification period and must use the points in their first time certifying. 8. Inservice Points Transfer Employment change within Florida districts: O Contact the Inservice Office to initiate process, O Have appropriate personnel in new district write or call the Inservice Office to initiate the process.
